We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting mainly agricultural construction projects by performing essential tasks on-site.
This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities include
- Set up shuttering , pour & finish concrete
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Working efficiently to meet the needs of the client
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organised workspace.
- Perform labouring duties such as digging, lifting, erecting steel frame buildings, roofing, concreting, kerbing
- Observe and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations and company policy ensuring the safety of yourself and others at all times
- Completing all paperwork/documentation as required
Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely. xgikmsk

- Experience of Working at Height
- NPORS/CSCS cards preferred although not essential
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturday.
