We are hiring a high-output sales professional to help manage growth for one of our health and wellness clients by signing front-line health and wellness professionals and institutions into a partner programme. This is a full-cycle sales role covering outreach, qualification, consultative selling, closing, and partner onboarding support. You will also manage a consistent flow of warm inbound leads generated via paid ads and organic channels.
This role is built for someone who wants uncapped earnings, with a realistic path to £100k+ per year through consistent performance and commission.
What You’ll Be Selling
A premium partner programme that enables health and wellness professionals to enhance their service offering by integrating access to advanced testing and medically supported insights, while also creating an additional revenue stream through referrals.
Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)
- Sign new partners weekly across target verticals
- Consistently book and complete sales calls, progressing prospects through the pipeline
- Convert warm leads from ads into booked calls and closed partners
- Maintain clean CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline accuracy

Target Partner Profiles
You will prospect, contact, and close partners across:

- GP practices and allied healthcare providers
- Retreat owners and wellness operators

- Outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Build target lists using LinkedIn, Google, directories, and social platforms
- Run daily outreach activity using approved scripts and positioning
- Identify decision-makers and book qualified intro calls
