We are hiring a high-output sales professional to help manage growth for one of our health and wellness clients by signing front-line health and wellness professionals and institutions into a partner programme. This is a full-cycle sales role covering outreach, qualification, consultative selling, closing, and partner onboarding support. You will also manage a consistent flow of warm inbound leads generated via paid ads and organic channels.

This role is built for someone who wants uncapped earnings, with a realistic path to £100k+ per year through consistent performance and commission.

What You’ll Be Selling

A premium partner programme that enables health and wellness professionals to enhance their service offering by integrating access to advanced testing and medically supported insights, while also creating an additional revenue stream through referrals.

Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

  • Sign new partners weekly across target verticals
  • Consistently book and complete sales calls, progressing prospects through the pipeline
  • Convert warm leads from ads into booked calls and closed partners
  • Maintain clean CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline accuracy
  • Contribute to improving messaging, scripts, and outreach based on what is converting

You will prospect, contact, and close partners across:

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Build target lists using LinkedIn, Google, directories, and social platforms
  • Run daily outreach activity using approved scripts and positioning
  • Identify decision-makers and book qualified intro calls
  • Respond quickly to warm leads from ads and enquiries
  • Qualify, book, and close using a structured consultative process
  • Follow up systematically to maximise conversion
  • End-to-end sales cycle ownership
  • Discovery: understand their business model, clients, and current offer
  • Pitch: clearly explain partner benefits, process, and how referrals work
  • Close: handle objections, secure commitment, and confirm next steps
  • Handover: ensure partner is onboarded smoothly with internal team

Admin and reporting

  • Maintain CRM hygiene: stages, notes, follow-ups, and outcomes
  • Weekly reporting on activity, pipeline, conversions, and learnings
  • Feed back what the market is saying so we continuously improve scripts and offers

Skills and Experience Needed

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or consultative selling, ideally in health, wellness, fitness, medical, or services
