About the role - DFYNE Your Career: I’m Jay, Head of Operations at DFYNE. I’m looking for someone who’s going to help us take DFYNE’s Ecommerce to the next level. The Head of Ecommerce owns DFYNE’s global digital storefront and end to end online customer experience. You will lead the strategy, performance, optimisation, and innovation of all ecommerce channels, ensuring DFYNE delivers a seamless, high converting, brand led experience across every touchpoint. This role is central to DFYNE’s next stage of growth, scaling internationally, elevating customer experience, and building a digital ecosystem that matches the ambition of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the global ecommerce strategy, by setting the vision, roadmap, and commercial direction for all digital channels.
  • Lead the revenue performance, driving forecasting, trading, and growth across all markets.
  • Optimise the end to end customer journey, ensuring a seamless, high converting, premium DFYNE experience.
  • Run the conversion optimisation rate and experimentation, testing, learning and iterate to improving conversion and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee digital merchandising, including product launches, navigation, collections, and storytelling.
  • Partner with supply chain, ensuring stock accuracy, forecasting alignment, and smooth product flows.
  • Own the platform performance, sustainability, speed, integrations, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data and insights, using analytics to inform decisions, identifying opportunities, and driving accountability.

Experience Needed:

  • Experience in ecommerce within high growth direct to consumer, retail or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in multimarket environments.
  • Strong platform experience (Shopify Plus or equivalent).
  • Global ecommerce exposure, including logistics, payments, tax, and localisation.
