About the role:
I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Assistant to support this newly established role. The ideal candidate will help ensure our products meet company standards and customer expectations. You will play a key part in reducing defects and supporting continuous improvement across production processes. The role requires a blend of strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a solid understanding of QC standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing inspection reports/audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implementing CAPs where necessary.
- Ability to conduct accurate measurement checks.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve any quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Experience Needed:
Absolutely none. We don’t hire based on experience, but a background in quality control is desirable.
