- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (UX UI)
- 5 years of experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards or complex web apps
- Expertise in Twig, JavaScript & CSS (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
- Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, ideation, structure, interaction design
- Ability to simplify large datasets, technical tools or multi-step workflows
- Confident communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
- Bonus: experience with marketplace design, data visualisation or search interfaces
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
- Translate complex workflows (search, filters, dashboards, submissions) into simple, elegant user experiences
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system for multiple platforms
- Collaborate closely with CTO and Engineers from concept to deployment
- Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate based on real user behaviour
- Create user journeys and interaction patterns that improve clarity and efficiency
- Ensure consistency, accessibility and responsiveness across all products
- Produce polished UI designs with a strong eye for detail, spacing and hierarchy
- Contribute to long-term product vision and strategic decision-making
- Advocate for user-centred design while balancing business goals and technical constraints
