Your new role at DFS involves helping people feel at home by selling sofas, beds, and mattresses. You will bring your passion for service and assist customers in feeling seen and heard. This role puts your earning potential in your hands with a great basic salary and uncapped commission on everything you sell. The more you sell, the more you earn. Additionally, we offer a monthly NPS bonus based on customer satisfaction with your team’s service.
