Your new role at DFS involves helping people feel at home by selling sofas, beds, and mattresses. You will bring your passion for service to assist customers in finding the perfect furniture for their homes. We offer flexible working patterns to accommodate your life outside of work. This role provides an opportunity for uncapped commission based on your sales performance, along with a monthly NPS bonus reflecting customer satisfaction.
Based at the DFS Group Support Centre in Doncaster, the role offers hybrid working, with 60% of the time being office-based and 40% working from home.
What you’ll be doing:
- Connecting with customers over the phone and text chat, assisting them with queries and placing orders.
- Recommending products through honest conversations, ensuring customers are informed about the product and available extras.
- Helping customers who have already purchased furniture, using your expertise to resolve issues or amend orders.
