Location: Lincoln House Factory, Lincoln House, DE55 4QQ
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time. 39 hours per week.
Shifts: This role will operate on our morning shift - Monday to Friday
Salary: You will be paid a training rate until you are up to speed - then you will be paid piecework (so you will be rewarded for the more you produce)
What you'll be doing
We're looking for a Cushion Filler to join our fast paced manufacturing team at our Lincoln House Factory manufacturing site on a permanent basis. As a Cushion Filler you will work as part of our fast paced production environment. You will hand fill a variety of sized cushions from beautiful base cushions to the perfect scatter cushion to add that finishing touch. This role will require a lot of hard manual effort to ensure a high quality of work and will involve a high degree of repetition. The rewards for the role will reflect that. The role will be fast paced, so the shifts fly by, and we have a lot of fun along the way.
