VALUER
- Certificate as valuer issued under the Law of the Independent Valuers;
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years as a valuer;
- Intermediate knowledge of English language, excellent knowledge is a plus;
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office;

Basic Responsibilities
- Valuations of assets, by complying with the necessary standards.
- Feasibility studies of projects;
- Market research of various segments of the real estate market;
- Presentation of projects for the needs of customers of the management of the Company;
- Undertakes other duties as may reasonably be required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility for this job;
- Maintains professional development to meet the changing demands of the job;

- Directly to the Valuations Department Manager
