  • Ensuring resources are used effectively to deliver the best value for the business.
  • Being responsible for and ensuring every project within their remit is successfully transitioned into service and collaborates with Project Managers and Service Operations to ensure all transition criteria are met (e.g., support documentation, training, and knowledge transfer) so that the Go-Live has minimal impact on business continuity.

  • Experience in successfully delivering technology-enabled change or process improvements.
  • Experience in managing relationships with middle management and cross-functional teams.
