Hours: Full Time. 39 hours per week.
Shifts: This role will rotate each week
- Early Mon-Fri 5:30 am - 1:50 pm
- Late Mon-Wed 2:00 pm - 12:20 am
- Thu 2:00 pm - 12:05 am
Salary: You will be paid a training rate until you are up to speed - then you will be paid piecework (so you will be rewarded for the more you produce).

What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for a Cushion Filler to join our fast-paced manufacturing team at our Lincoln House Factory manufacturing site on a permanent basis. As a Cushion Filler, you will work as part of our fast-paced production environment. You will hand fill a variety of sized cushions from beautiful base cushions to the perfect scatter cushion.
