About the role:
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team at our Northern Upholstery site on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to start a rewarding career with DFS. As a Production Operative, you will learn the factory processes and the materials needed to manufacture our furniture.

Our rotating morning and afternoon shift pattern gives you the opportunity to enjoy a consistent working routine while sharing early and later finishes across the week. You'll also benefit from a two-week shutdown every July at the start of the summer holidays, a week off at Christmas, and we don't work bank holidays, giving you more time to relax, recharge and spend with the people who matter most.

- Working hours :40hrs per week working an alternate shift on both mornings and afternoons
- Week One : Monday - Friday 5:30 am 1:50 pm
- Week Two : Monday - Wednesday 2:00 pm 12:20 am Thursday 2;00pm - 12:05am (4 day xgikmsk working week)
