You will be paid an initial training rate of £16.50 per hour until you are up to speed, you will then be paid piecework (so you will be rewarded for the more you make.)
What you\’ll be doing
We\’re looking for an experienced Fabric Cutter to join our fast paced manufacturing team at our Lincoln House manufacturing site, on a permanent basis.
A Fabric Cutter is a role to start building a rewarding career and making yourself at DFS. You will learn the processes of cutting fabric as part of the manufacturing process, building your existing ability and knowledge of using our Lectra/or similar cutting machines.

You have previous experience as a Fabric Cutter or using Lectra (or similar) cutting machines.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You’re comfortable working to KPIs and understand the importance of accuracy and speed.

You’re motivated by being rewarded for the effort you put in (paid by results).
