Your new role
As the In-Store Campaign Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for price tickets ensuring that our stores are being supported to operate as efficiently as possible. You will work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure you receive accurate data, to create and provide ticket briefs to the print production agency ensuring tickets land in store in a timely manner to support the campaign calendar. You will also act as the gatekeeper for tracking business updates within the Customer Communications Team, ensuring changes are captured and acted upon as required. This ensures that in-store pricing and store communications remain seamless and fully aligned with other channels, specifically our website. This role requires excellent project management skills to ensure all tasks remain on track and within budget. You will be responsible for timely delivery to stores and for providing stakeholders with regular, transparent updates on project status.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the coordination of store-facing communications, partnering with the wider In-Store Communications team to cascade clear, timely, and actionable pricing and POS store messaging via Retail Operations.
  • Feed in learnings for store campaign implementation & estate consistency in the ongoing store standards dialogues within the wider Store Format Team.

The role is for you if...

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including good understanding of formulae, V look up functions and pivot tables.
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite especially Google Sheets.
  • Proficient in Data Entry: Experienced in accurately handling data and data checking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Attention to Detail: You ensure all product information is correct, minimising errors and maintaining quality to ensure we are ‘right first time’.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Excel when the work comes in fast, even when deadlines are tight.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Organised & methodical with experience of critical path management with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - good ability to engage stakeholders and knowing when to escalate.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and system usage.
  • Ideally some experience of print production as this role oversees production of pricing tickets.
  • Willingness to travel to stores, ensuring consistent execution and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactive team player with a positive outlook and can-do attitude, that can work individually and as part of a team (internal and external).
