This role is on a fixed term contract - 12 Months About the role As our Senior Web Content Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our online product setup and digital content execution. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with cross-functional teams - including Buying, Merchandising, and Trade - to ensure seamless product launches and accurate promotional messaging across our UK and ROI websites. Working closely with the Online Product Manager, you will not only maintain exceptional standards of data accuracy and conduct thorough post-launch audits, but also actively contribute to our digital roadmap and continuous site enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to step into a leadership capacity as a subject matter expert, where you will train new team members, optimize setup workflows, and guide the team to deliver an outstanding online customer experience. What you'll be responsible for Managing end-to-end product setup across multiple systems, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and supporting the team to resolve operational challenges. Collaborating with key cross-functional stakeholders - including Buying, Merchandising, Image, and Trade teams - to deliver accurate and seamless product launches. Partnering with the Online Product Manager to establish robust processes, review campaign performance, and ensure online product data remains precise and up to date. Implementing and managing promotional messaging for products, aligning site content with campaign calendars and wider marketing activities. Supporting New Product Development (NPD) launches and oversee continuous enhancements to onsite content. Contributing directly to the digital roadmap, helping the Online Product Manager drive ongoing improvements across our online platforms. Acting as the key point of contact for product management queries, step in to lead team meetings, and provide guidance in the Online Product Manager's absence. Ensuring full alignment between our ROI and UK websites while managing regional differences accurately. Conducting thorough post-launch site audits, resolving feedback swiftly to guarantee an outstanding customer experience. Driving continuous optimization of product setup workflows through process refinements and project work. Training and onboarding new team members on setup systems, serving as an approachable subject matter expert. A proven background in information input, maintaining rigorous standards of precision and uniformity.
