About the role: Our Retail Support Operative play a vital role in facilitating the management and movement of stock within our showrooms. Working closely with the Branch General Manager, Store Teams and Distribution Centres, you will ensure a smooth transition of stock from the Distribution Centres to store and onto customers' homes, updating stock systems and customers along the way.
Monday to Friday any 4 days from those 5 on the day 8am - 3.30pm.

What you'll be doing:
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when organising and coordinating stock movements for customer deliveries.
- Ensure all stock is handled accurately and efficiently to support timely and correct deliveries.
- Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating a positive, professional, and engaging attitude during all customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding, managing, and meeting their expectations effectively.
- Carry out heavy manual lifting and safe movement of furniture and stock as part of daily responsibilities.
- Work in a physically demanding environment that requires reliability, stamina, and safe handling practices.
