What you\βll be doing
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team at our Lincoln House Factory on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to start a rewarding career with DFS. As a Production Operative, you will learn the factory processes and the materials needed to manufacture our furniture.
Initially, your responsibilities will include ensuring that materials and products are available throughout the factory, which will involve significant manual lifting and require stamina. As you become proficient in your role and gain a deeper understanding of the products, you can choose to develop specialized skills such as upholstery or sewing, providing you with excellent opportunities for growth and increased earnings.
No prior experience is necessaryonly a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
