With our 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, 7am - 7pm, you'll have plenty of time to relax, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work. As an Administrator, you'll be a key support for our delivery teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and furniture reaches customers' homes. You'll handle administrative tasks, manage stock systems, take calls from drivers, and resolve any issues within the CDC.

What you'll be doing:

  • Input customer data and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Arrange deliveries and manage calls with drivers and customers.
  • Escalate delivery issues to the depot manager.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Work the 4 on 4 off, 7am- 7pm shift pattern to provide continuous support.
