About The Role:
As a Co-Driver you will have various roles, working as part of a 2 man team. However, not every day will be the same and you will be required to do more manual handling work than co-driving. Your average day will consist of up to 15 customer deliveries that include installing the products in our customers’ homes. There will be occasions throughout the year that involve store change, which can be a very demanding day. Please be advised the role is co-driving and the rest is manual handling.
About You:
- Hard working – You won’t mind working late and helping out other team members.
- Excellent customer service skills - You will be entering our customer’s homes and you will be the last person from DFS our customer will see.
- More than capable of manual handling – Our customers’ homes are not just houses; you may be required to carry our products up various flights of stairs and/or take them apart.
- Happy to get stuck in with other tasks – You will be required to work in the warehouse once your driving role is completed and if you arrive back early.
- Happy to work overtime and appreciates that not every day you will finish on time.
Working Hours: 44 hours per week. Time 1/3 after 44 hours Monday – Saturday & Tuesday - Friday.
