The role of a Contracts Administrator is to provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our contracts and service agreements. Working closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and helping to deliver a first-class service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records of contracts, renewals, and service agreements
- Preparing and issuing contract-related documentation, including quotations, renewals, and variations
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating contract works in line with SLAs and KPIs
- Supporting our helpdesk and operations teams with contract-specific queries
- Monitoring and updating customer portals with relevant contract information
- Producing reports on contract performance and supporting audits when required
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and engineers to resolve queries efficiently
- Providing general administrative support to the contracts and operations teams

The Training
Full training will be provided.
The Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in administration (1–2 years minimum)
- Strong IT and data management skills
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident dealing with customers and suppliers over the phone and by email
The Hours
Working hours are 8:00-16:30 Monday – Friday. Office based role with site visits required where applicable. 30 Days holiday including bank holiday.
