Information Management Lead

As the Information Management lead, you will oversee the Information Management team to implement and maintain our clients\' Recordkeeping and Information Management Framework, promote effective practices, and foster collaborative relationships to enhance governance, recordkeeping, and data integrity.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain a reliable information management system to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, compliance, and effective decision-making.
  2. Leverage technological advancements to optimize recordkeeping processes, ensuring security, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
  3. Drive data analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights, improving transparency and accountability.
  4. Oversee the lifecycle management of records, embedding best practices in digital preservation, secure storage, and accessibility, while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  5. Lead strategic projects to enhance the automation and integration of corporate information systems and provide expert guidance on compliance obligations and best practices.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving system enhancements, adopting emerging industry trends, and ensuring information management practices remain agile and adaptable to future needs.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Diploma in information management, business administration, or a related field, or demonstrated industry experience, with a minimum of five years in records/information management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of legislative frameworks governing information management and proven ability to drive organizational change in recordkeeping and data governance.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business needs and system enhancements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Possession of a current C Class Driver’s License and a current National Police Certificate, or the ability to obtain one.
