The Role
To support the effective management and delivery of all Spurs Football Development (SFD) partnerships, with a primary focus on domestic partnership coordination. The role will lead the organisation and delivery of group day experiences for domestic and international groups and drive the development and implementation of a new SFD content platform to enhance programme visibility, partner engagement, and commercial growth.
The position will involve working irregular hours (e.g., evenings / Saturdays / Sundays / Bank Holidays) so a flexible candidate is sought.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development & Partnerships Manager with the coordination of all domestic SFD partnerships, assisting with relationship management, programme delivery, and reporting requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for domestic partners on day-to-day matters, ensuring timely communication and high-quality delivery
- Lead the planning, organisation, and delivery of all SFD group day experiences for domestic and visiting international groups, working closely with the SFD Operations Manager and other internal contacts I.E Academy/Training Centre Operations to ensure appropriate staffing and world class delivery
- Support the creation and coordination of engaging content for the SFD content platform and manage its ongoing usage by partners to support the impact of our programmes and contribute to commercial growth opportunities and data collection
- Provide regular updates, success stories, and key content to marketing and PR teams to support the promotion of domestic partnerships and wider SFD activation
- Assist in preparing reports and evaluations for domestic partnerships, contributing to post-programme reviews to monitor performance, identify improvements, and support renewal opportunities as directed by the Business Development & Partnerships Manager
- Support the tracking and monitoring of the SFD partnership events calendar, ensuring key milestones, activations, and reporting deadlines are met
- Provide administrative and logistical support for domestic and international partnership activations, working under the direction of the Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support operational tasks and contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall delivery
- Assist in the delivery of SFD player appearances and partnership activations, working closely with PR/marketing teams to maximise exposure across Club channels

Skills & Experience
- Sports, Business development, marketing or events-related degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in football development, community programmes, sports partnerships or event coordination
- Experience supporting partnership or business development with an understanding of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering events or group experiences
- Experience with content creation, content capture and/or managing digital content platforms to support partner engagement and promotional activity
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial administration
- Demonstrated project management and event coordination skills
- Excellent Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
