The Premier League\'s Office Management team is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Office Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing running of Premier League Studios (PLS), a new, purpose-built facility opening in Olympia London in 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join the project in its final stages and take a lead role in preparing the facility for day-to-day operations. With much of the strategic planning and design already complete, the Senior Office Manager will be responsible for delivering key operational workstreams, including guest management procedures, office supplies procurement, workspace readiness, and recruitment of the onsite office services team.
Following the opening of the site, the Senior Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the building and the performance of all front-of-house and support services, including Reception, Security, and Office Services Assistants. They will ensure the site runs smoothly and professionally, supporting a high-performing, welcoming, and safe environment for colleagues and visitors alike.
Reporting to the Head of Office Management, who oversees both Premier League HQ and the new Olympia site, this role would ideally suit a capable and hands-on office operations professional with experience in workplace mobilisation and a passion for delivering high standards.

The new operations will build on the foundations created by Premier League Productions and will have a state-of-the-art production facility at London Olympia. The move will allow close integration with the Premier League,allowing faster decision making and ability to adapt to changes in our industry.

The rolePhase 1: Project Involvement (Pre-Opening)
- Deliver and implement day-one operational plans for the new site.
- Roll out guest and visitor management procedures, including reception and access control.
- Set up office supplies, equipment, and consumables across all areas.
- Hire, onboard, and train Reception, Security, and Office Services staff.
- Create team rotas, shift patterns, and service workflows.
- Coordinate signage, wayfinding, and workspace allocations.
- Support final setup of tech systems like access control and room booking.
- Conduct readiness checks and resolve any operational gaps.
- Plan and deliver orientation for incoming teams.
- Act as the main contact for internal teams and suppliers during mobilisation.
Phase 2: Ongoing Operations (Post-Opening)
- Facility Oversight: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Olympia London facility, ensuring it runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard of service and presentation.
- Team Management: Manage all members of the Office Services team, including Reception, Security, and Office Services Assistants. Lead with a focus on collaboration, service excellence, and team development.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of core workplace services such as reception, visitor management, mail handling, office logistics, health & safety compliance, and contractor coordination.
- Security & Access: Maintain strong oversight of building security, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to uphold robust security protocols and access controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor service performance, gather feedback, and implement enhancements that contribute to an exceptional working environment.
- Proven experience in office or facilities management, ideally in media, creative, or corporate settings
- Hands-on delivery of relocation, fit-out, or workplace mobilisation projects
- Confident team leader with experience managing front-of-house and support teams
- Strong organiser with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communicator who works well with all levels of staff and suppliers
- Comfortable using workplace tech (e.g. access control, room booking, visitor systems)
- Solution-focused, calm under pressure, and proactive in solving day-to-day issues
