Key responsibilities:
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Develop compelling copy and content across a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, email campaigns, website content and more.
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve fan engagement and retention through customer segmentation, personalisation, targeting and journey optimisation. This role will involve working with platforms including DotDigital and Salesforce.
- Paid Media & Digital Advertising: Working with an agency, lead paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & Search) to drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales.
- Event & Influencer Marketing: Coverage of rugby events plus management of high-profile influencer campaigns both within and outside of the world of rugby.
- Website Maintenance & Optimisation: Lead on upkeep of Saracens.com (through WordPress backend) ensuring content is up to date and UX is exemplary.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints so that Saracens identity is clearly communicated and upheld.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) for all marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
