Role Objective
As Event Experience Manager at LIV Golf you will be the driving force behind orchestrating the seamless execution of tournament week events, from inception to delivery, with a specialised focus on elevating the overall guest experience. Acting as the conduit for internal and external teams, you will create and implement a comprehensive event vision, manage resources, track budgets, and ensure all projects align with LIV Golf's objectives across event strategy.
Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage the development and execution of project plans for tournament week and league-wide events, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals for guest satisfaction and brand image.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to define event strategies, objectives, and deliverables.
- Effectively communicate progress and manage expectations across all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain efficient event management procedures, streamlining processes and optimising operational efficiency to ensure consistency across all tournaments.
- Oversee all aspects for tournament week events including budget management, timelines, program development, and creative elements.
- Manage the development and execution of comprehensive project plans for the Fan Village, aligning with LIV Golf’s strategic goals to enhance guest satisfaction and brand image.
- Manage the Fan Village budget, timeline adherence, and resource allocation to ensure optimal and most efficient usage.
- Facilitate ideation and implementation of new activations and on-site experiences, fostering creativity and innovation to enhance fan engagement.
- Analyse event metrics and guest feedback to identify trends, optimise guest satisfaction, and inform future event strategies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across all event functions, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for all guests.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, promoting a collaborative and innovative approach to event execution.
- Oversee the development and implementation of all creative elements surrounding events, ensuring a cohesive and engaging guest experience.
- Provide regular reports summarising event progress, financial performance, and key metrics to inform future decision-making.
- Oversee league wide gifting program for teams across all tournaments.
Experience
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing complex events on time and within budget.
- Knowledge in tracking event metrics and reporting.
- Experience creating comprehensive guest communication documents detailing all facets of an event.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and creative editing.
