About the role

This role is responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of onboard marketing activity across multiple touchpoints, ensuring campaigns and promotional materials are executed seamlessly from concept through to rollout. Working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and onboard stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing timelines, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring all onboard marketing assets are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of onboard marketing campaigns, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and operational requirements are met.
  • Managing catalogue production processes, overseeing briefing, approvals, print coordination, and rollout across vessels.
  • Working collaboratively with Content, Activation, and onboard teams to brief, adapt, and deliver both print and digital marketing assets.
  • Liaising with external vendors including printers, logistics providers, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution across multiple locations.
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks, maintaining asset governance within DAM systems, and proactively identifying and resolving project risks or delivery issues.

About you

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive marketing professional with 2+ years’ experience in marketing content delivery, campaign coordination, or project management roles. You will have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and delivering to tight deadlines.

You will be a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and works well within globally diverse teams. Experience working with production, print, or vendor management is highly desirable, alongside a strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign planning, multi-channel activation, brand compliance, QA, and rights management processes. Familiarity with project management tools and DAM systems would be advantageous, as would previous experience within travel, retail, or onboard environments. A qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is desirable.

We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
