About The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team working in a chilled warehouse environment on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, from 06:00 to 18:00. This is a physically active role where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Picking orders accurately in a chilled environment
- Using handheld terminals (HHTs) to split, ship, and transfer products and pallets
- Moving stock safely within the warehouse using pallet trucks (manual and motorised)
- Supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining cleanliness
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the company
About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have previous picking experience and are comfortable working in a chilled environment. Experience using handheld terminals (HHTs) is preferred, and training on T20 motorised pallet trucks or manual pallet trucks is an advantage. You should be a hard worker who can operate both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
