This new role is pivotal in ensuring consistent compliance standards during an exciting period of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will lead compliance oversight, strengthen frameworks, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:

You will be a clear and effective communicator who can train, influence, and engage colleagues at all levels, with the ability to balance independent decision-making with collaborative teamwork.
Adaptable and proactive, you thrive in dynamic environments and are willing to travel between sites to maintain consistent standards.
Your experience within multi-temperature or food-grade warehousing will be a valuable asset in supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient growth of our operations.
