About The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales process while ensuring pricing accuracy, strong customer relationships, and alignment across internal teams. This role is focused on delivering excellent service to customers, maintaining data integrity, and supporting commercial performance through effective coordination and communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage customer quotations in line with company pricing policies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain and review pricing structures, including annual contract renewals for dedicated customer accounts.
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate sales data, producing regular reports and performance insights.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, supporting the sales cycle through the DFDS Way of Selling process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Experience and Customer Service, to ensure a consistent, transparent, and high-quality customer journey.
