We’re hiring for multiple seasonal positions, with recruitment starting mid-March 2025, to support Poole-to-Jersey and St Malo-to-Jersey services.

We’re looking for committed individuals to join our Deck, Engineering, and Onboard Services teams for the 2026 operating season. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality service for both our crew and passengers.

What You Bring

  • Have all relevant STCW95 certifications for their role.
  • Are competent in essential muster duties.
  • Can uphold high standards of safety, service, and operational reliability.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Can work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic and pressurised environments.
  • Show initiative, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Remain calm under pressure and approach challenges positively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Live within a reasonable daily commute to Poole, UK.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential.
  • Prior onboard service experience on High-Speed Craft is an advantage but not essential.
