About The Role

This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering high‑performing digital activity, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives. You will translate strategic priorities into effective, data‑driven execution across channels, continually optimising performance to support both customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to plan and deliver integrated digital and media strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Translating campaign objectives into clear media plans, defining KPIs, SLAs, target audiences, and creative direction.
  • Supporting customer journey mapping and optimisation to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Designing and managing test‑and‑learn roadmaps, using performance data and analytics frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and managing agency delivery, performance, and quality, ensuring brand consistency, accurate tracking, and effective landing page experiences across all activity.

About You

You bring a relevant background in marketing, business, or a related discipline, with hands‑on experience managing paid social and digital media channels. You have a strong understanding of performance optimisation and enjoy using data and insights to improve results. Curious and motivated, you’re passionate about digital marketing and committed to continually developing your skills in a fast‑evolving landscape.

You’re analytical, well organised, and proactive in your approach, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your work. A confident communicator, you’re comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and partners, and clearly presenting ideas, performance insights, and recommendations.
