Please note - this role will be a Fixed Term Contract.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring daily web performance across all digital channels using GA4, ensuring tracking accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
- Validating and maintaining tagging frameworks, troubleshooting tracking issues, and collaborating with developers and marketers to resolve issues quickly.
- Managing GA4 configuration including events, conversions, custom dimensions, audiences, and governance of UTM and campaign naming standards.
- Building, automating, and quality-assuring Power BI dashboards and data models, translating complex data into clear, accessible insights.
- Analysing user behaviour, conversion funnels, and marketing performance to identify trends, optimisation opportunities, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

You’re analytically strong, able to turn raw data into clear, actionable insight. You understand digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioural metrics, and have experience identifying optimisation opportunities and measuring test results. You’re familiar with attribution concepts and wider marketing performance measurement, with a commercially focused approach to analysis.
You’re a clear and confident communicator, able to present insights to senior stakeholders and translate technical analytics into plain language. Collaborative by nature, you work well with marketing, product, and development teams. Proactive and detail-oriented, you’re comfortable owning the digital analytics roadmap and are motivated by using data to continually improve digital performance.
