As Content Creator & Lead Copywriter, you will shape and deliver high-quality global content that brings our brand to life across every touchpoint. Sitting within Group Marketing, you’ll lead the creation of compelling, on-brand narratives that drive engagement, clarity, and action across B2C, B2B, People, Onboard, and Group initiatives. Combining strategic storytelling, editorial excellence, and innovative use of AI, you’ll ensure our content is consistent, scalable, and impactful across regions while remaining culturally relevant and human in tone.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and delivering always-on, campaign, lifecycle, and enablement content (including case studies and testimonials) aligned to global messaging frameworks and brand strategy.
- Using AI tools to generate ideas, enhance storytelling, and produce scalable content, while applying strong editorial judgement to maintain quality, authenticity, and brand voice.
- Acting as lead copywriter, setting and upholding editorial standards, tone of voice, and consistency across all global written content.
- Collaborating closely with regional, B2C, B2B, People, Onboard, and Group teams to adapt and localise content for different audiences, platforms, and cultural contexts.
- Establishing and managing governance for AI-driven content, testing and iterating copy based on performance insights while ensuring compliance with SEO, accessibility, legal, and ethical standards.
