Responsibilities:
- Handle customer reservations and respond to enquiries via telephone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Provide first contact resolution for customer and client queries, requests, complaints, and booking amendments.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all communications.
- Proactively contact existing and potential customers to promote products, services, and special offers.
- Confidently identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
About You:
You are a professional, friendly, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You will have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers while delivering a high standard of service across multiple channels. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this role. Previous contact centre experience would be advantageous; however, it is not essential as full training can be provided. You should be confident using a computer, with good keyboard and navigation skills, and be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues are essential for success in this role.
