About The Role
- Shifts available: 4o4o Nights and 4o4o Days
You Will Be Responsible For
- Transport refrigerated goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to maintain safety and compliance.
- Monitor and manage temperature settings of the refrigerated unit throughout transit.
- Plan routes effectively, considering traffic, weather, and delivery schedules.
- Adhere to driver regulations, including tachograph use and working hours compliance.
- Complete paperwork and reports accurately, including delivery logs and compliance records.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional attitude during deliveries.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid Class 1 licence, along with a CPC and DIGI card. While experience in refrigerated transport is preferred, it is not essential, as full training can be provided. A strong understanding of driver regulations and compliance is required, along with a reliable, punctual, and professional attitude to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.
