DFDS in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Warehouse Operations Manager for our 250,000 sq. ft. distribution and cross dock facility in Kettering. You will lead a large operational team, drive safety, service, and profitability, and oversee a transition from two shifts to three as volumes grow.
You will manage inbound/outbound, storage, inventory, and cross-dock activities, ensuring stock integrity and cost control, while enabling continuous improvement across the site.
