About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, you'll support our busy transport team with a wide range of administrative duties. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring information flows accurately between teams and customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer enquiries relating to bookings and deliveries
  • Completing data entry and maintaining accurate system records
  • Booking daily jobs into internal systems and ensuring correct pricing
  • Liaising with the planning team to provide updates on rates and delivery schedules
  • Supporting the wider transport team with general administration tasks
  • Responding to emails and phone queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping to keep office processes organised and efficient

About you

You'll have previous experience working in a busy office environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using computer systems. You'll be organised, detail‐focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast‐paced setting.
