About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you’ll support the daily coordination of import deliveries and transport operations. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, overseas offices, and customers to ensure shipments move smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating import deliveries
- Checking and confirming customs clearance status
- Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and overseas offices
- Monitoring shipments and resolving operational issues
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of transport operations
- Contributing to high service levels and timely deliveries
About you
You’ll have experience in logistics or shipping, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A basic understanding of customs processes and knowledge of UK and European geography would be beneficial.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude, who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll be organised, proactive, and keen to develop your skills within a supportive logistics environment. Full training will be provided to help you succeed.
