About The Role

Working any five days from seven on an eight‑hour shift pattern, you’ll support the day‑to‑day customs clearance operation. This is a compliance focused, detail driven role where accuracy, organisation, and communication are key.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Completing customs declarations accurately and in line with regulations
  • Liaising with customers to gather information and resolve customs queries
  • Working with internal systems and structured processes to manage declarations
  • Ensuring documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time
  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Supporting the team to maintain high service and compliance standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across customs processes

About you

You’ll bring a strong clerical or administrative background, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You’ll be organised, methodical, and comfortable working with structured processes and compliance driven tasks.
