If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Business and Operations Manager.Be part of the movement – and play your part.About The RoleWorking Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you\’ll be leading and developing both the operational and customer service functions at our Immingham Dock site, with full ownership of performance, service delivery, and commercial outcomes.You Will Be Responsible For Delivering exceptional customer service and managing key customer accountsBuilding and analysing KPI reports across warehouse and transport operationsIdentifying improvement opportunities and implementing efficiency initiativesManaging P&L, including rate reviews, spot quotes, and cost controlWorking closely with commercial and strategic sales teams to grow the businessLeading projects, including digitalisation and standardisation initiativesYou\’ll work closely with internal commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure SLAs are consistently met and exceeded.About You You\’ll bring at least 3 years\’ experience in a customer service or operational role within a warehousing and transport environment. A qualification in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or forwarding would be advantageous.You\’ll be self‐motivated, organised, and detail‐focused, with a strong customer‐service mindset and a flexible, adaptable approach.
