About The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, you'll provide essential operational and customer service support across our shipping logistics activities. You'll be the link between customers, warehouses, transport planners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery processes and accurate data flow.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Delivering excellent customer service through clear and timely communication
- Processing call‑offs and updating stock and transport management systems
- Creating accurate documentation to support delivery and transport activity
- Liaising with warehouses and planners to ensure operational plans are achieved
- Monitoring delivery status and providing updates to customers throughout
- Capturing and inputting data for customer KPIs, returns, and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records for invoicing, reporting, and stakeholder communication
About You
