About The Role
Working 4 on 4 off, 07:00 – 19:00, you’ll play a key role in our warehouse operation. Working in a chilled environment with fresh fish, you will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading trailers safely
- Allocating orders as needed using warehouse systems
- Completing general hygiene and cleaning duties
- Operating MHE including FLT or T20 (training/licences advantageous)
- Working independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks to support night operations
About You
You’ll ideally have a FLT or T20 licence/training, with experience working nights or in fast‑paced warehouse environments. Knowledge of allocation systems or Oracle is an advantage, but not essential. You’ll be someone who can work confidently on your own or as part of a team, with a practical mindset and the ability to solve problems as they arise. Hard‑working, organised, and calm under pressure, you’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy responsibility and can multitask effectively.
