About the role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations. Acting as a key point of contact for customer accounts, you'll work closely with operational teams to deliver outstanding service and resolve queries efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer accounts and building strong working relationships
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing timely updates
  • Completing a variety of office administration tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating with warehouse, transport, and operational teams to support customer requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and system updates
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating concerns where appropriate
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the team
