Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to make a difference in the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial and operational settings? We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team, ensuring our premises are spotless and welcoming.

About The Role

Working Monday – Friday 18:00 – 00:00, you will be responsible for:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are spotless.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Clean and sanitise toilets, locker rooms, and showers, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully stocked.
  • Dust and wipe surfaces, empty bins, and maintain a neat and tidy environment.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Keep lobby areas, gatehouses, and other communal spaces clean and welcoming.

About You

Our ideal candidate preferably has previous cleaning experience in commercial or operational settings, though this is not essential as we provide training for the right candidate. They should demonstrate a willingness to learn and possess good communication skills. Our cleaners take great pride in their work and seamlessly integrate with our operational staff while maintaining the ability to work independently. They are flexible and always ready to support each other, covering areas that need attention whenever possible. Their dedication to doing an excellent job is evident.

You must possess a full UK driving Licence.
