About the role
DFDS Killingholme are looking for a skilled driver to transport ferry trailers from Immingham Docks to various locations. Salary: £635.77 per week with the opportunity to earn more.
You will be responsible for:
- Tramping Monday – Friday, 47 hours per week
- Transporting imported goods to various destinations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and other road users
- Conduct pre-journey and post-journey inspections of the vehicle
- Loading and unloading cargo securely ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with transportation regulations.
About you
You will need to have held a Class 1 Licence, CPC, DIGI card and experience transporting ferry trailers for a minimum of 2 years. Alongside this, you must possess good customer service skills as this is a customer facing role. Our ideal candidate is capable to fit into an expanding and dynamic team.
