About The Role

We’re looking for reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our team at the Felixstowe depot, transporting food products from factories to wholesalers across the UK. We also offer ambient curtainsider work, transporting dry goods across the UK.

We have multiple shift patterns available to suit different lifestyles:

  • Tramping (nights out required)
  • Nights

You’ll be driving modern, well-maintained vehicles with temperature‑controlled and curtainsider trailers, working for a company that values its drivers and offers great support.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Using refrigerated or curtainsider trailers, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care.
  • Making multi‑drop deliveries across various locations, including busy city areas.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you’ve got a Full Class 1 (Category C+E) licence, a valid DIGI card, and a CPC card. Experience with fridge trailers or curtainsiders is a bonus, but if you’re confident, safety‑focused, and ready to learn, we’ll support you. You’re someone who works well independently, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

The fridge work involves a lot of city driving, especially in busy areas, so you’ll need to be confident handling a truck in tight urban spaces. A good understanding of UK driving rules and road safety is important, along with the ability to manage your time and work independently.
