About The Role
Working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern, you’ll support the planning and coordination of domestic transport operations across the Island of Ireland and UK, ensuring loads are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Planning domestic trailer and bulk transport across Ireland and the UK
- Creating and managing delivery documentation for road and bulk haulage
- Coordinating routes to ensure efficient and cost‑effective transport planning
- Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to support operations
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate transport records
- Supporting the resolution of operational issues and schedule changes
- Contributing to a smooth, well‑organised daily transport plan
About you
You’ll have previous experience in a transport planning role across Ireland and the UK, with a solid understanding of route planning and delivery documentation. You’ll be organised, detail focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential, along with the ability to multitask and keep operations running smoothly.
