The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient handling of check‑ins, ticketing, and vessel operations. You will use various systems, handle communication with customers and authorities, and assist with the loading and discharging of vehicles and passengers. This role will require an 8‑hour variable shift pattern, 5 out of 7 days per week. Pay is a 0‑hour contract running from May–October 2026.

You will be responsible for:

  • Operating Seabook & Phoenix systems for vehicle and passenger check‑ins.
  • Providing service updates to customers as directed by the Duty Manager or Supervisor.
  • Verifying hazardous materials in Hazcheck to ensure proper handling.
  • Coordinating with authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assisting with vessel loading, discharging, and passenger embarkation, including those with reduced mobility (use of hand‑held UHF radios).
