About the role
Working any 5 from 7 on an 8 hour shift pattern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the export operation. This is a blended operational and administrative role, where you’ll process customer orders, plan export truck movements, and progressively learn the customs processes required to move goods into the EU.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders using DFDS systems
- Supporting the planning of export truck movements
- Learning and applying customs procedures linked to EU movements
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks
- Supporting wider export and customs activities as needed
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with DFDS processes and compliance requirements
About you
No previous experience is required, full training will be provided.
