About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient handling of check-ins, ticketing, and vessel operations. You will use various systems, handle communication with customers and authorities, and assist with the loading and discharging of passengers. You will be responsible for:
- Operating Seabook & Phoenix systems for vehicle and passenger check-ins.
- Providing service updates to customers as directed by the Duty Manager or Supervisor.
- Coordinating with authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assisting with passenger embarkation, including those with reduced mobility (Use of hand-held UHF radios).
